Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SofaPilot app for Android and iPhone made by NutVok Apps (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SofaPilot on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it. Samsung, LG, Roku, Android TV, Google TV and other names are trademarks of their owners; SofaPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. SofaPilot Pro and subscriptions
- SofaPilot Pro is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions and as a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your currency, as provided by Google Play or the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- “Lifetime” is a one-time payment and is not a subscription.
3. Free trial
The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, where the store offers it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription renews as described above. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; iPhone → Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. The app is provided “as is”
SofaPilot works with many TVs, but TV makers change their software and settings, and some models, firmware versions or network setups (for example a VPN, guest Wi-Fi or a router that isolates devices) may not work. We do not guarantee that the app is compatible with every TV or works without interruption or errors. Please check the free features with your TV before buying Pro.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutVok Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SofaPilot Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. iPhone
On iOS the Apple Standard EULA also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, the Apple EULA prevails for the iOS app. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
8. Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Ці умови стосуються застосунку SofaPilot для Android і iPhone від NutVok Apps («ми»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з ними.
1. Ліцензія
Ми надаємо вам особисту, невиключну ліцензію без права передачі на використання SofaPilot на ваших пристроях для особистих некомерційних цілей. Не можна копіювати, перепродавати, декомпілювати чи змінювати застосунок, крім випадків, дозволених законом. Samsung, LG, Roku, Android TV, Google TV та інші назви — торговельні марки їхніх власників; SofaPilot з ними не пов'язаний і ними не схвалений.
2. SofaPilot Pro і підписки
- SofaPilot Pro доступний як підписка на тиждень, місяць і рік та як разова покупка «Назавжди». Ціни показано в застосунку у вашій валюті — так, як їх дає Google Play або App Store.
- Оплата списується з облікового запису Google Play або Apple ID після підтвердження покупки.
- Автопоновлення. Підписка поновлюється автоматично на той самий період і за тією ж ціною, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- «Назавжди» — разовий платіж, не підписка.
3. Безкоштовний пробний період
Річний план може мати 7 днів безкоштовно для нових підписників, якщо магазин це пропонує. Якщо не скасувати до кінця пробного періоду, списується річна ціна, і підписка поновлюється, як описано вище. Невикористана частина пробного періоду згорає після купівлі підписки.
4. Скасування і повернення коштів
Скасувати можна будь-коли: Google Play → Платежі й підписки → Підписки; iPhone → Налаштування → ваше ім'я (Apple ID) → Підписки. Pro працює до кінця оплаченого періоду. Повернення коштів — через Google Play або Apple за їхніми правилами. Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку.
5. Застосунок надається «як є»
SofaPilot працює з багатьма ТВ, але виробники змінюють програми й налаштування, тож деякі моделі, версії прошивки чи мережі (наприклад, VPN, гостьова Wi-Fi або роутер, що ізолює пристрої) можуть не працювати. Ми не гарантуємо сумісність із кожним ТВ і роботу без перерв і помилок. Перевірте безкоштовні функції зі своїм ТВ перед купівлею Pro.
6. Обмеження відповідальності
У межах, дозволених законом, NutVok Apps не відповідає за непрямі, випадкові чи побічні збитки від використання застосунку або неможливості ним користуватися. Загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви заплатили за SofaPilot Pro за 12 місяців до звернення. Ці умови не обмежують ваших прав споживача за законом вашої країни.
7. iPhone
На iOS також діє стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple (EULA). Якщо вона суперечить цим умовам, для iOS-застосунку переважає EULA Apple. Apple не відповідає за застосунок і його підтримку.
8. Конфіденційність
Як застосунок поводиться з даними, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.
9. Зміни і контакти
